We are already intensively planning the next stagiaires course staring in June. We enable young, motivated professionals to have a unique experience in the Swiss hotel and restaurant industry. Would you like to do an internship in a hotel or restaurant in Switzerland? Then you are right with us. Ideally, you have already some experience in the hotel or restaurant industry and be open to new things. The better you speak German, the better your chances. And you are also welcome with little or no experience. Above all, you must be motivated and willing to give your best at work every single day.
Since 2014, we usually held our stagiaires program twice a year. The program consists of a two-week training course in Weggis near Lucerne and a paid internship of three and a half month in a Swiss hotel or restaurant in a real working environment. In the training course you will be prepared in detail for the internship. You will learn Swiss customs and will improve your German. We will also prepare you intensively for the internship. The food and drink menu of your internship company will also be discussed.
This summer we will try a pilot with a group with very low German, if we find enough restaurants or hotels to offer respective positions. Tendencially the options without any German language skills are a bit simpler. But the work experience is important.
