As usual in this season we plan our recruitment trip to Eastern Europe. We look for young talekts for winter season in hotels and restaurants in Switzerland. For the students this is a unique chance to gain work experience, to develop the personality and also to earn some money. Swiss Hospitality Academy is not just providing classical laber brooking. We prepare the young talents in a two-week course on their internship in Switzerland, before they go for the thre and a half month work period in a Restaurant or Hotel in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

The young talents are recruited primarely in local vocational and hotel management schools, where we have long-term relationship. As the students will miss part of their classes we started to also accept graduates. They can gain first work experience before their university starts and also get a contribution to their study funds. The focus in the training course is laid on communication. To be successful in the work period, we work on basic German as well as on communication in gastronomy. Beside taht we talk about specialities in Swiss Hotels and Restaurants and work on the menues of the invidiual internship place.Thus, the future team members are well prepared for the company. Many years ago the fokus was on language skills and practical experience, but nowadays the major challenge is the entry in the working world. Most students start working first time in their life (5 days a week, 8.5 to 9 hours a day). Furthermore, most students make a big personal development, as they are first time alone away from home for a longer period and have to solve their daily challenges alone.<\/p>\n

\n– Monday, 30th September 2024 in Podebrady for Czeck Republic
\n– Thuesday, 1st \u00a0Okcober 2024 in Zvolen for Slovakia
\n– Wednesday \/ Thursday 2nd \/ 3rd October\u00a0 2024, in various places in Hugary
\n– in special cases we also offer online-interviews.<\/p>\n
