Since more than ten years we offer our Stagiaires-Program and look for young talents for the summer season in hospitality and gastronomy. Our program is offered in summer season (June – October) as well as in winter season (December – April). Therefore, it is limited to sesonal hospitality and gastronomy companies in Switzerland. It has proven itself very well that the students first join a two week further educational program to be prepared for the three and a half months internship in Switzerland. During the further educational course you improve your German or learn a least some basics in the language, as well as Swiss custom in the industry. Furthermore, the students get also important information to their internship company.

- Fryday, 14.2.25 in Poděbrady and Tabor for Czeck Republic
- Saturday, 15.2. to Monday, 17.2.25 at various locations in Hungary
- Wednesday, 19.2.25 in Zvolen for Slovakia
The Stagiaires-Program is on the one hand a further edcuation in hospitality and gastronomy as well as to deepen your German knowledges. On the other hand it is also a special experience to be away from “Hotel Mama” for four months and stand on its own legs. Working in Switzerland is very intensive, as you are not seen as an intern but as a full team member. Therefore our Stagiaires program is an important first work experience. Not only the requirements are higher in Switzerland but also the salaries are more interesting as in our neighbours countries.
