A couple of weeks ago I ws invited with friends for dinner. I was surprised with a nicely covered table, done with love. The little roundel with the inscription “Nice to have you here” inspired me to this blog.
i had always the impression that the infrstructure of a hotel is important for a guest to decide for a exactly this hotel. Finally it is essential, that the guest feels welcome and comfortable in the hotel. This is very easy, beginning with the classical hand written welcome card in the room or such a little roundel on the table.
